Switching rooms to the 9th floor was worth it in this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly large, very clean, and had plenty of space to hang our clothes. The public areas including the lobby and breakfast room were also well-maintained. However, the service was not as helpful as expected despite being able to speak the language.
